Note: For production reasons, materials Z159, Z165, Z166, Z241, Z420, and Z604 are not available for Xpress Zero. This condition applies in Europe; for non-EU countries, the indicated day refers to the shipping date, not the delivery date.
If urgency is not required, orders can instead be scheduled using the Xtend service, which allows for delivery times more than 4 weeks longer than standard and provides a 3% discount on the list price.
Standard, Stock, and Splitted Delivery shipping services
Primarily intended for large O-Rings, these services include Standard Shipping, which guarantees delivery within approximately six business weeks at no additional cost. For those needing faster delivery, suitable options are available to receive orders in a shorter timeframe.
For small O-Rings in ultra-high-performance special compounds, advanced options are available:
- Stock Shipping: Available only for the FFKM EZTRA range, it allows next-day delivery as the pieces are already produced and stored, with no additional cost.
- Splitted Delivery: Combines in-stock availability and standard shipping. This service allows receiving the material in two stages, enabling immediate use of part of the order.
If the requested compound is unavailable for Xpress shipping, the “GET ALTERNATIVE MATERIALS” feature is available. It suggests up to three alternative compounds with similar characteristics. By selecting the most suitable one, the user gains access to updated pricing, quantities, and shipping options.
Products in stock can be requested and shipped the next day, ensuring absolute speed. For standard orders scheduled weeks in advance, a fixed delivery day is established for each customer, avoiding repeated shipments within the same week.
