On Saturday, March 21, we experienced a truly special moment: our company walk, designed to promote employee wellbeing, corporate health, and social interaction. It was more than just a simple walk — it was a unique opportunity to strengthen bonds, share smiles, and create a sense of community within the company.
Many employees participated together with their families and four-legged friends, making the walk an inclusive and joyful occasion, where people and animals alike enjoyed the fresh air and the beauty of nature. OringOne’s health and wellbeing program
This walk is part of our company health and wellness program, which aims to implement structured actions to create work environments that promote health and well-being. In particular, the initiative is included in the WHP – Workplace Health Promotion program by ATS Bergamo, which encourages healthy lifestyles, prevention, and attention to employee well-being.
Participating in activities like this means engaging with a recognized model of workplace health promotion, a concrete commitment that turns theory into real and shared moments of wellness.
