New delivery services and how to use them
Our delivery services have always been efficient in meeting the immediacy demands of our customers. With new products, new shipping services have become necessary. So let's recap what is already active and explore the new shipping options available.
Classic Delivery Services
Classic delivery services are primarily available for Large O-rings, i.e., those with a diameter greater than 200 mm. These include standard shipping, which guarantees delivery within approximately six working weeks at no additional cost. For those needing faster delivery, we offer Xpress shipping services, known to our customers, which allow for quicker delivery times depending on your needs. This service incurs an additional cost and is limited to a maximum of 50 pieces per order.
Xtend
Xtend is our delivery service that allows you to schedule orders and benefit from a 3% discount off the list price, with extended shipping times of 4 weeks compared to standard shipping.
It is important to distinguish the new Xtend service from X10, despite the similar names, as their logos are very different and their purposes opposite.
In the shop view, the two shipping methods, Xtend and X10, are distinct to make them easily recognizable. Xtend is positioned first and always available. Next is standard shipping, with a current delivery time of 5 weeks, but subject to material availability; to check actual delivery, we invite you to visit the shop or contact our sales office.
Get alternative materials
In the event of unavailability of the configured material for Xpress shipping, we have added the "get alternative materials" function. This option allows you to complete the order with a different compound but with similar characteristics to those chosen during configuration. The function can show up to three alternatives. By selecting the compound that best suits your needs, a new page will load with prices, quantities, and available shipping options.
New Shipping Services for small O-rings
With the introduction of the new range of Small O-Rings made from ultra-high-performance special compounds, some new shipping services have been introduced in addition to the standard 3 or 6-week shipping. To check availability, please consult the shop or contact us.
- Stock Shipping: Available only for the small O-rings of the FFKM EZTRA range, it provides next-day shipping after the order is received.
- Split Delivery: This method combines the stock availability (STOCK) option with standard shipping. It allows you to receive the material in two stages, enabling you to start working with part of the order while waiting for the second batch.
How does it work? Let’s make an example, if you order 250 pieces, you have two options:
Standard Shipping: You will receive all 250 pieces in a single shipment within 3 weeks of receiving the order.
Split Delivery: 200 pieces will be shipped the next day, while the remaining 50 pieces will be shipped within 3 weeks.
This option offers you greater flexibility and allows you to start your projects more quickly using the immediately available pieces.
