Gender equality at OringOne

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, OringOne wishes to highlight its commitment to promoting gender equality and valuing female human capital within the company. A Young and diverse Workforce

As of December 31, 2024, OringOne employed 72 people, including permanent employees (64) and temporary staff (8). The majority of personnel (83%) work in production, while the remaining staff operate in administrative, technical, commercial, purchasing, and quality roles.

  • Among temporary staff: 6 women out of 8 (75%)

These figures show that female representation at OringOne is higher than the national average for the industrial sector (24.4%), according to the most recent Italian demographic reports.

Female presence in Key Roles

Despite male predominance in senior positions, women hold significant roles:

  • Managers: 1 woman out of 4
  • Top managers: 0 women (2 men)
  • White-collar women: all women employed in non-operational roles (100%)
  • Blue-collar women: 19 women, equal to 35% of total blue-collar staff

OringOne condemns all forms of discrimination. The company’s objectives for the coming years are to continue growing, improve practices, and further expand female presence across all organizational levels, thereby strengthening a culture based on equity, inclusion, and talent recognition.

Stable employment and low staff turnover

OringOne’s philosophy promotes job stability and permanent contracts: in 2024, 100% of direct employees held full-time, permanent positions. Staff turnover was below the national benchmark, with exit and voluntary resignation rates under 2%, demonstrating the company’s ability to retain talent.

New hires often come from temporary staff, reflecting the company’s commitment to offer stable contracts to those who demonstrate skills and alignment with company values.
