FINISHINGS
We have developed a process that further improves the degree of roughness making it suitable for high vacuum applications. Our special part finishing process provides a homogeneous surface with low roughness.
The surface roughness level with a special finishing process range between Ra 1,60 µm e Ra 2,00 µm.
The surface roughness grade with special finishing process and compressed between Ra 1.00 µm and Ra 1.30 µm. The cost of this special processing includes a 10% increase on the price of the O-ring, which also includes the quality control of surface defects according to ISO 3601-3 Grade S.
