Size of surface defects
Our O-rings are manufactured using processes that ensure surface defects conform to ISO 3601-3 Grade N. It is possible to meet the demand for parts that ensure conformance to ISO 3601-3 Grade S. The cost of conformance to the more restrictive standard includes a 5% increase in the price of the O-ring.
Dimensional Tolerances
The dimensional tolerances applied in the production of our O-rings meet ISO 3601-1 Class B. It is possible, however, to produce O-rings within the tolerance limits specified in ISO 3601-1 Class A. The cost of complying with the more restrictive standard includes a 5% increase in the price of the O-ring.
