Team Building day

Our team gathered in the province of Verona for a team building day. Organized by Kaizen People Srl, the initiative was not just a day of celebration, but a concrete opportunity to strengthen collaboration between departments, spark creativity, and enjoy meaningful moments of sharing.

Days like this have a clear purpose: helping team members get to know each other better, improving communication, developing both collective and individual problem-solving skills, and consolidating team spirit and cooperation. Taking part in such team building experiences also provides the chance to test one’s skills in contexts different from everyday work, stimulating emotions and adaptability. Division into Groups: everyone has a task

Participants were divided into groups, each assigned a specific task for preparing the Oringone celebration.

This organization made it possible to experience the value of collaboration between different departments, learning how to coordinate, integrate tasks, and work toward a common goal, just as in the company environment.
