A journey of conscious growth

The publication of our first Sustainability Report represents an important milestone for OringOne and a tangible sign of our commitment to transparent, measurable, and strategically integrated corporate sustainability. Prepared in accordance with the latest GRI Standards 2023 and the double materiality approach introduced by the CSRD directive, the report enabled us to conduct an in-depth analysis of the impact of our activities, identify opportunities for improvement, and better understand the role we can play in creating value for people, the environment, and stakeholders. This first report is not only an act of responsibility, but also an investment in the future: our commitment is to grow, innovate, and continuously improve.

Innovation, people, and quality at the core of our identity

Since our foundation, we have distinguished ourselves through our ability to develop high-performance solutions, such as our special O-Rings, manufactured through a proprietary process that combines advanced technologies, quality control, and automation.

The same vision that has made us an international benchmark now also guides our commitment to environmental sustainability, the well-being of our people, and a modern governance model attentive to emerging ESG scenarios.

Throughout 2024, we strengthened our internal processes, improved our environmental performance, and expanded our training programs, enhancing our people’s skills and reinforcing a company culture focused on safety, continuous innovation, and transparency.

Our goals for a more sustainable future

To consolidate our strategy and support future growth, we have defined a set of key objectives:

• Reducing emissions through targeted investments, including the installation of a new 480 kWp photovoltaic system;
• Enhancing energy efficiency and increasing the use of self-produced renewable energy;
• Promoting a circular economy, maximizing waste reuse and prioritizing certified and recyclable materials;
• Empowering our people through structured training programs and professional development policies;
• Strengthening ESG standards and transparency in relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders;

These objectives guide our roadmap, supporting a clear and ambitious vision aligned with international market expectations.

A more sustainable ecosystem, inside and outside the company

One of the most significant insights highlighted in the Report is our growing focus on emission reduction, responsible raw material management, and the selection of local suppliers within 20 km of our site — choices that help reduce transport-related consumption, contain costs, and minimize environmental impact.

At the same time, 100% of compound waste is sent to cement plants for recovery as fuel, representing a concrete example of circular economy applied to our production processes.

From a social perspective, we continue to invest in employee well-being and workplace safety, achieving minimal accident rates and increasing internal satisfaction. The hours of training delivered represent only the first step in a broader program aimed at developing technical skills, soft skills, and sustainability-related competencies.

Strong governance and ESG focus

Our integrated management system, certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001, ensures structured processes and continuous monitoring, confirming the robustness of our organizational model.

Over the past three years, no cases of corruption or privacy violations have been reported, thanks to an active and continuously updated governance framework, supported by technical expertise and a corporate culture increasingly attentive to ESG principles.
