At OringOne, the quality of our O-Rings begins long before production: it all starts with the compounds, which must always be tested and approved. Accurate control of the chemical and physical characteristics of the compounds is the essential foundation to guarantee high performance and consistent reliability of our products.

Every OringOne product is born from a promise of reliability, maintained only through rigorous controls and a specialized technical team. At our facility in Via Tribolina, Grumello del Monte (BG), two distinct but complementary laboratories operate.
One is dedicated to verifying the conformity of the compounds before processing, while the other handles quality control of finished products. This dual structure allows us to monitor every phase of the production process, ensuring maximum precision and quality.
Compounds laboratory: the heart of quality control
Before becoming O-Rings, each compound undergoes physical-mechanical and chemical tests to verify quality, uniformity, and compliance with regulations. In our laboratory, the compounds are thoroughly analyzed to ensure each batch meets the required standards, eliminating risks of defects or deviations in final performance. This approval process is fundamental to maintaining the reputation for excellence of our products.
Advanced Chemical and Structural Analysis
We use state-of-the-art instruments that allow our technicians to analyze the chemical and physical properties of the compounds with great precision.
Among the main equipment in our laboratory are:
• Mooney viscometer;
• Oscillatory rheometer;
• Densimeter.
These instruments enable us to verify chemical composition, material response to external agents, and consistency with the required certificates and standards, ensuring compliant and reliable materials.

Specific tests for guaranteed performance and collaboration with partner Duci: synergy and innovation
To evaluate the performance of the compounds in real conditions, we conduct a series of advanced tests, also performed at the laboratory of our technical and strategic partner @Duci.
This collaboration allows us to expand the range of tests thanks to advanced technologies and expertise.
The main tests include:
– Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA);
– Thermal retraction test (TR test);
– Low - temperature differential scanning calorimetry (DSC);
– Accelerated aging tests.
