The philosophy of 'zero defects' is based on careful control of every production phase. Each check is analyzed and approved for the transition to the next phase.
At the end of the production cycle, each batch of O-rings is inspected and approved. Each batch is accompanied by Inspection Certificate according to EN 10204:2005 3.1. Dimensional inspection of the parts is carried out according to an internal sampling plan. The certificate shows the inner diameter size, axial cord size and hardness. On request, the radial cord size is also checked.
We offer the possibility of inspecting more pieces than included in our sampling plan (up to a maximum of 100 pieces per batch) indicating the values found in the inspection certificate. The cost is 0.50 Euro per piece.
