O-Rings

We have evolved the classic compression moulding in a system capable of producing large O-Rings, CO.SM.O (Compression Step Moulding for O-Rings), with very high performance without maximum limit of internal diameter, without the need for moulds, without minimum quantity constraints.

Two main characteristics: cross sections from 2.62 to 60.00 mm and minimum internal diameter of 200.00 mm, to infinity.

Products obtained with the CO.SM.O. system are not comparable to what is obtained by glueing or hot joining, typical methods used to have large or simply out of standard O-rings. Both on the physical and qualitative level, as synthetically represented below:

Although our products cannot be considered “standard”, we apply tolerances according to international standards, integrating the values not covered by them (cross sections exceeding 8.40 mm).

We produce O-Rings in all these materials, with certifications for food use (FDA, 3A Sanitary Standards, USP) available and for AED use (Norsok M710).

Take note: for VMQ materials, the minimum producible cross section is 3,53 mm, for CR materials is 5,00 mm.
